Product Information

The Parker Duofold

Parker issued the Orange Duofolds as a Special Edition in tribute to the classic
Big Red. This color is much less often seen offered for sale.

The fountain pen is date coded for the 4th quarter, 1990, and comes with an 18K
two-tone Arrow pattern nib.

From the 1920s, the Duofold name has featured at the pinnacle of Parker's model range

To mark Parker's 100th anniversary in 1988, Parker introduced a new design Duofold. The style was very much a recreation of the 1920s Lucky Curve Duofold with straight sides to the cap and barrel

The earliest example of the 1920s Duofold. Made from red hard rubber, the cap has no band or girdle. Like many of Parker's other pens, the Duofold used a button filling system.
The new Duofold from 1988. This model has the same general profile, black blind caps and washer clip as the original. As with the 75 and later 61, this pen can take either cartridges or a converter.
