This eye-catching and stylish design by Graf von Faber-Castell is part of their Tamitio collection and features a barrel made from a single piece of material to enable the shape to go uninterrupted by screw joints. This finely fluted night blue metal barrel is lacquered in several elaborate working steps, with an innovative lacquer ensuring a long-lasting matte surface, and with a contemporary ribbed texture providing ease of use. The pen features a traditional fountain pen nib made from stainless steel with rhodium plating. A spring-loaded metal clip is attached to the side which is ideal for slipping into a shirt pocket or pen case, whilst a platinum-plated cap has been engraved discreetly with "Handmade in Germany". The Graf von Faber-Castell brand name has been engraved around a ring for authenticity, with the largely handcrafted manufacturing process having involved over one-hundred steps.
