Designed by Montblan for the Great Characters collection is this special edition Elvis Presley fountain pen. 3-time Grammy winner Elvis Aaron Presley (1935-1977) was born in Tupelo, Mississippi. Presley is one of the most recognisable musicians.
This black Montblanc fountain pen has different features that represent aspects of Elvis's life. Crafted out of black precious resin, the body of this fountain pen features a textured finish inspired by the solid gold ring Presly wore at the famous “Aloha in Hawaii” concert. This fountain pen features a combination of platinum-coated and solid gold-coated fittings. The solid gold-coated clip is in the shape of a V to represent Presley's love of V8 engines. This special edition fountain pen features a 14 K rhodium-coated gold nib features a special engraving of Elvis singing 'Blue Suede Shoes'. Crowning this pen cap is Montblanc's iconic lacquer emblem with the word 'ELVIS' inside.

For example, in one of the fonts 'Victoria', the letter 'V' looks similar to a letter 'D' because of the italic serif design. Once an item has been engraved we cannot refund or exchange it, because we will not be able to resell an engraved item.
