The gracious contrast of black lacquer & chrome makes this pen something splendid to behold. The Carene range by Waterman has been masterfully crafted using influence from the finest yachts in the harbor. Glossy black lacquer covers the entire surface of the Carene Fountain Pen from nib to cap. The cap is easy to remove and is conveniently fitted to the end of the pen when in use. Fitted with a spring-loaded secure storage clip embossed with the brand logo and a single chrome band running around the base is engraved with the Waterman name. The nib is 18K Solid Gold rhodium plated, set into a jet black lacquer grip. The nib is twisted to reveal the cartridge system. Boxed inside a bespoke Waterman presentation box.

There is a small selection of fonts which will contain different character designs, and you may not like or approve of some of them. For example, in one of the fonts 'Victoria', the letter 'V' looks similar to a letter 'D' because of the italic serif design. Once an item has been engraved we cannot refund or exchange it, because we will not be able to resell an engraved item.
