This vibrant, red, piston only fountain pen has been designed by Montblanc as part of the 'Great Characters' line. This year Montblanc is honouring Enzo Ferrari as their Great Character.
Enzo Ferrari was both a motor racing driver and entrepreneur. Enzo was the iconic idea behind the legendary Scuderia Ferrari and established a global automotive empire whose name has become synonymous with superb quality and a passion for speed.
Crafted out of red precious resin, this special edition fountain pen symbolises the iconic Scuderia Ferrari colour. This precious resin fountain pen features a matching cap. Montblanc's iconic emblem is embedded in a metal grid on a yellow surface, paying homage to Enzo Ferrari's birth town Modena. The flat, metal clip has been engraved with one of Enzo Ferrari's iconic quotes: “You cannot describe passion, you can only live it.” This precious resin, piston fountain pen features a solid gold nib that has been engraved with special hints to Ferrari's life.
This special edition red fountain pen will be presented inside a bespoke Montblanc gift box that can be gift wrapped. This red fountain pen is definitely one for writing instrument enthusiasts. The precious resin red cap can be engraved for free of charge.

For example, in one of the fonts 'Victoria', the letter 'V' looks similar to a letter 'D' because of the italic serif design. Once an item has been engraved we cannot refund or exchange it, because we will not be able to resell an engraved item.
