Coronavirus Update

We would like to thank all our lovely loyal customers who have supported our family business over the last few months. Your continued support has helped the family business continue trading through these difficult times we are all experiencing. We are also deeply grateful to all our customers for their kind emails and reviews on the service they have received over the last few months.

We are celebrating our 40th year of trading this August since opening the shop in Loughborough in 1980. Your support since the lockdown began at the end of March has helped us to hopefully continue into our journey for the next forty years.

We are reviewing the re-opening of the shop currently closed, on a weekly basis and will only re-open when we feel it is safe to do so, not only for our customers but to our loyal staff members Debbie and Tracey who we have been able to retain thanks to your continued support.

The online business continues to operate as normal with just family in work, my wife Jackie and son Josh despatching your valued orders on a daily basis, Monday to Friday. Along with the help of our online marketing team Chris and Lucy and our accounts lady Claire, working safely from their homes also helping to keep the business trading successfully. Our personalisation service is also still running as normal. So if you need a personalised gift on a next day delivery service we can achieve this for you.
