Royal Mail Delivery Update

Are you still waiting for a parcel to be delivered? We understand this is a very frustrating situation, we share the same frustrations as we ship a lot through Royal Mail.

We are currently chasing a large number of undelivered parcels from November. Royal Mail is telling us that they're trying to get through the backlog as quickly as possible and that we need to wait for their systems to be updated.

We kindly ask our customers to wait 14 working days before contacting us about their undelivered parcels.

CWU members are taking national strike action on 14, 15, 23 and 24 December 2022. We’re sorry for the disruption this is likely to cause you.
